Privacy and safety
What happens to your guests' data
Passport and visa photos are sensitive. This is how we handle them.
Images are deleted after reading
Passport and visa images are deleted from our storage right after they are read, whether or not the extraction succeeds.
Guest details are not kept on our servers
The extracted details and the cropped guest photo are sent back to your extension. We do not store them on our servers.
Kept in your browser only for a while
The extension keeps the current extraction in your browser only until you press Start Over, sign out, or close the browser.
Not sold, not used for ads
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
No AI training on your images
We only use AI providers that do not collect the images or train on them. Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
You submit Form-C yourself
Autofill happens locally in your browser on indianfrro.gov.in. The extension fills the form for you, but it never submits Form-C.

Common questions
What is an autofill?
An autofill is one successful extraction: the service reads a guest's passport and visa photos, and you can fill Form-C with the details. Each successful extraction uses one autofill from your balance. If an extraction fails or reads nothing, the autofill is returned.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. You get 3 free autofills once, when you sign up.
Do plans renew by themselves?
No. Prepaid plans run for 3, 6 or 12 months. You pay once through Razorpay for the whole plan. Plans do not renew automatically: nothing is charged again unless you buy again.
What happens to autofills I do not use?
Plan autofills refill every 31 days, and unused ones do not carry over to the next month. Pack autofills are used after that month's plan autofills and do not expire while your account is active.
Can I change my plan?
One plan runs at a time. A plan cannot be changed, upgraded or downgraded while it is running. You can buy a new plan when the current one ends. One-time packs can be bought at any time.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are not refunded for a change of mind, for unused autofills, or for the unused part of a plan. We do refund when you were charged twice or by mistake, when you paid but the plan or pack was not added to your account, or when the service did not work as described because of a fault on our side and we could not fix it. How do I pay?
Inside the extension, through Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) before you pay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details; Razorpay handles those.
Which browser do I need?
Google Chrome, version 107 or newer. The extension is not in the Chrome Web Store yet; it is coming soon.
How do I sign in?
With Google, or with a one-time code sent to your email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name and profile photo link from Google.
What happens to my guests' data?
Passport and visa images are deleted from our storage right after they are read. The extracted details are sent back to your extension and are not stored on our servers. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising. The Privacy Policy has the full details.
Does the extension submit Form-C for me?
No. It fills the form in your browser, but it never submits Form-C. AI can misread documents, so check every field. You review and submit the form yourself.
Is this a government service?
No. FRRO Form-C AutoFiller is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Government of India, the Bureau of Immigration, or any FRRO office.
